Beach Home as an Investment

Cherry Grove in North Myrtle Beach has been a family vacation spot for decades and has limited available land to build new vacation homes. Fortunately, Living Beach was able to find a beautiful piece of land on the ocean, perfect for building three oceanfront homes with the intention of a long term investment project.

New Walkway for North Myrtle Beach

Instead of adding a simple walkway, Living Beach decided to build a beautiful walkway that would provide easy access so everyone could enjoy this beautiful area of the beach. Residents and frequent vacationers were ecstatic to be able to use the new walkway and expressed appreciation for something that added value to the community. As an added bonus, golf cart parking was also designed for public access by the walkway.

Vacation Rental Schedule

Since completion in the summer of 2015, the vacation homes have had a full calendar and guests loves the unique homes, Living Beach I, Living Beach II, or Living Beach III.
