Background Story:

This home was originally an office building purchased by Living Beach to provide new offices for their growing team of employees and partners. When the Forest Dunes community came together and voiced their concern for having a commercial building within their neighborhood, Living Beach decided to stand by the communities interest and develop a residential property instead.
