The much anticipated Living Dunes development is underway! Living Beach has selected to work with nationally known land planner, LandPrint Studios, along with Architectural firm Brown Design Studio, and builder CRG Companies to create a community built for convenience, authenticity, and connectivity. Living Beach has named CRG Companies, Palmetto Corp, Castle Engineering, and Outside Alive as local partners selected to help implement this concept and design effectively. Creating A Vibrant Connected Quality Of Life

The design incorporates the natural surroundings with miles of walking trails, ponds, and green spaces throughout the neighborhood where future residents will have the luxury of on-site amenities and community events. As a neo-traditional neighborhood of lowcountry homes, the community design will foster a neighborly environment with large front porches and ample open spaces for gathering. Living Beach and their partners have developed a master plan for the community that includes a mix of townhomes, single family homes, and couples cottages. Residents will be provided private amenities in addition to access to the Grande Dunes Ocean Club and Marina.
