Building A Better Community

Originally purchased for commercial construction of a new office building, Living Beach attended a Forest Dunes community HOA meeting welcoming opinions on future development of the lots. Neighbors expressed their preference for a residential structure consistent with the rest of the area.
In cooperation with the suggested design, Living Beach donated the previously built office building and partnered with CRG Companies to design a brand new home supported by the community!

Modern Custom Home Features

Featuring 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, and a first level master suite, this home combines functionality and flair. Interior upgrades include quartz countertops, 42” wall cabinets, stainless steel appliances, a fireplace, and tasteful stone and tile details throughout. The exterior finish features both stucco and Nichiha, metal roofing, a living roof between the garage and house, Kolbe color vinyl windows, and a cantilevered balcony with unobstructed views. As a contribution to the neighborhood, Living Beach provided an extension of the Forest Dunes privacy wall allowing for a more exclusive entrance into the community while also giving the new home a great added feature.
